Your Terms and Conditions 

Prices shown on this website are pass through dollars to collect the monies so that our Treasurer can pay the bills.    An additional fee has been added to web purchase to cover the charges by Godaddy to process our credit card fees.

WICMOAA is a non profit organization.  Any remaining money for any charge or purchase is applied to either the WICMOAA Scholarship or JROTC funding.  

If members order a meal and do not show up for the chapter meeting, we still have to pay for the meal so there will be no refunds unless the Treasurer is contacted 24 hours in advance of the event.
