The Lasell family has set aside monies for a scholarship program for Oak Harbor High School NJROTC participants, in memory of their father, Commander Harvey Lasell. Commander Lasell was a long term member of WICMOAA. Available 2023 $2,000.00
Students who apply for the WICMOAA Scholarship and meet the above requirements, will automatically be considered for the Lasell Scholarship. CLICK here to apply!
WICMOAA is proud to provide support for two JROTC programs in the form of dollar awards and an annual award to the top cadet for each JROTC unit.

JROTC programs create amazing young men and women!
Cadet Staff Sergeant Kylie Abbey-Zanni received the WICMOAA/MOAA medal for the class of 2022. WICMOAA also donated $300.00 to aid the AFJROTC program at Arlington High School.
Cadet Sean Garis was selected as the Lasell Scholarship winner for 2022 and received a $2,500.00 Scholarship award. The scholarship was presented by Commander William Goodman, Scholarship Chairman of WICMOAA.

Cadet First Class Petty Officer Natalie Stone received the WICMOAA/MOAA medal for the class of 2022. WICMOAA also donated $300.00 to aid the NJROTC program at Oak Harbor High School. The award was presented by Commander Terry Sparks, President WICMOAA.
